Rest, Restore & Sleep well

Rest, Restore & Sleep Well

Sunday 13th September | 2.00–4.30 pm

A calming afternoon of gentle yoga, relaxation and emotional wellbeing to help you unwind, recharge and sleep more deeply.

Do you finish the day feeling physically tired but mentally wide awake? Perhaps your mind keeps racing when your head hits the pillow, you wake during the night, or you simply don't feel refreshed in the morning.

As life becomes busier, many of us spend so much time looking after everyone else that we rarely pause to look after ourselves. When we're constantly switched on, it becomes harder to relax, harder to sleep and harder to feel our best.

This special Sunday afternoon workshop offers the chance to slow down before the week ahead. Through gentle Viniyoga, mindful breathing, deep relaxation and practical emotional wellbeing strategies, you'll discover simple ways to calm your nervous system, ease tension and support more restful sleep.

Co-hosted by Marcia of Steel City Yoga and Cat Rowley, Emotional Wellbeing Coach, this unique workshop brings together two complementary approaches to help nurture both body and mind.

Whether you're completely new to yoga or have years of experience, you'll be warmly welcomed.

Throughout the afternoon you'll enjoy:

  • Gentle, breath-led Viniyoga suitable for all abilities.
