Gentle Yoga / ACCESSIBLE yoga
A gentle, slower 45-minute class for anyone who finds a regular yoga class a little too much. Focused at people with reduced mobility, chronic fatigue or chronic pain. Rooted in the Viniyoga approach, these sessions are adaptable, breath-led, and centred on working with your body—not against it.
You’ll be guided through supportive practices that can be done standing, seated on a chair, or lying down. There’s a stronger focus on breathwork and relaxation, making it especially suitable if you’re living with pain, fatigue, or a long-term condition. This class offers a calm space to move, breathe, and rest in a way that feels right for you.
These classes are followed by a warm drink and friendly chat
