1:1 Yoga & Ayurveda

personalised support for you

Sometimes you need something more individual than a group class.

1:1 sessions give us the time and space to focus on you — your body, your lifestyle and what you'd like support with.

You can choose personalised yoga, an Ayurveda lifestyle consultation, or combine the two.

Private yoga

A personalised yoga session can be useful if you'd like to:

  • work on particular areas of mobility or strength

  • build confidence with yoga

  • develop a regular home practice

  • adapt yoga around your individual needs

  • explore breathwork or relaxation

  • have a practice designed specifically for you

Your practice is adapted to you rather than expecting you to fit into a set class.

Ayurveda lifestyle consultation

An Ayurveda consultation looks at the wider picture of how you're living.

We might explore:

  • food and eating habits

  • daily routine

  • sleep and rest

  • activity and exercise

  • energy levels and daily rhythms

  • seasonal changes

  • habits you'd like to change

We'll talk through your current situation and identify a few practical areas to work on.

You'll receive lifestyle and nutrition suggestions to take away and try.

Yoga + Ayurveda

The two approaches can work particularly well together.

For example, we might look at your daily routine and lifestyle through an Ayurvedic lens and also develop a simple yoga practice that fits into your day.

The aim isn't to give you more things to do.

It's to find things that support you and that you can realistically keep doing.

Your session

Your first session is about getting to know you and understanding what you're looking for.

From there, we'll create an approach that feels appropriate and manageable.

There is no one-size-fits-all plan.

Yoga and Ayurveda are both about adapting to the individual.
