• the strength blueprint - Bone health & functional power for the menopause

Integrating Yoga, Ayurveda, and Emotional Coaching to find balance in transition.

A collaboration between Steel City Yoga and Belief maker Coaching.

Sunday 18th October 2pm - 4pm

The Strength Blueprint:

Bone Health & Functional Power Through Menopause

As we move through menopause, declining oestrogen levels can affect muscle mass, bone density, balance and mobility. Yet this stage of life can also be a powerful opportunity to build strength, vitality and resilience for the future.

The Strength Blueprint workshop is designed to help you understand how to support your changing body through mindful movement, Ayurvedic lifestyle practices and positive mindset shifts.

You'll discover how strength is about far more than exercise. It's about maintaining independence, confidence and the ability to live life fully.

During This Workshop You'll Explore:

  • Ayurvedic Foundations for Healthy Ageing
Practical guidance on food, herbs and daily routines that support strength, mobility and vitality during menopause and beyond.

  • Strength-Building Viniyoga Practice
A gentle yet effective 30-minute breath-centred practice designed to improve stability, balance, mobility and functional strength.

  • Mindset Coaching & Reflective Journalling
Guided by Cat from Belief Maker Coaching, you'll explore limiting beliefs, build emotional resilience and develop a more empowering relationship with this stage of life.

  • Connection & Nourishment
Enjoy Ayurvedic-inspired herbal teas, nourishing refreshments and meaningful conversation within a supportive community of women walking a similar path.

The Philosophy: Why This Is Different

Most menopause support focuses solely on physical symptoms. We look deeper. Using the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and the holistic application of Viniyoga, we address the energetic and emotional shifts that define this "Second Spring."

Beyond the Physical

In our workshops, yoga isn't just about "gentle stretching." We use:

  • Viniyoga Principles: Breath centered movement that prioritises your nervous system.

Ayurvedic Wisdom: Understanding menopause as a "Vata" (air/space) transition. We teach you how to ground your energy, cool "Pitta" heat (hot flushes), and nourish your system during a time of depletion.

The Mental Path: Using Pranayama (breath) and meditation to quiet "brain fog" and soothe the racing thoughts often associated with hormonal shifts.

A Powerful Collaboration - Movement Meets Mindset

This series is a unique synergy between two specialists. We believe that to feel truly balanced, you have to address both the body and the mind.

  • Steel City Yoga (Marcia): Provides the Ayurvedic framework and the yoga tools to stabilise your physical and energetic body.

  • Beliefmaker Coaching (Cat): Provides the emotional "internal toolkit." Through professional wellbeing coaching and reflective journaling, Cat helps you process the identity shifts of menopause and build lasting emotional resilience.
