What Is Viniyoga?

Viniyoga is a breath-centred tradition that adapts the practice to the person — not the other way around. You won’t be expected to copy or keep up. Instead, each movement is broken down and paced so that you can understand it, feel it, and make it your own.

This is yoga for real people — regardless of flexibility, age, or experience.

    After the 4 weeks, you’ll be welcome to move into one of our regular weekly classes in Stannington, Oughtibridge, Deepcar, or Online — with the foundation to feel comfortable and capable.
