Life-Balance Yoga for Women Over 40 – 5-Week Term

Gentle, supportive yoga designed for women navigating peri- and post-menopause. Each 60-minute class uses Viniyoga-inspired postures, mindful breathing, and functional movement to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more balanced.

5-Week Term Themes:
Each week focuses on a specific area to support your wellbeing:

  1. Week 1– Stress & Anxiety
    Learn mindful breathing and relaxation techniques to reduce tension and restore calm.

  2. Week 2 – Heart Health
    Gentle cardio-focused movements, breath work, and mindfulness for cardiovascular wellbeing.

  3. Week 3 – Strength
    Build functional strength and stability to support everyday movement.

  4. Week 4 – Pelvic Floor
    Gentle exercises to improve pelvic floor awareness, tone, and support core stability.

  5. Week 5 – Insomnia
    Yoga sequences designed to calm the nervous system and support restful sleep.

  • Mondays – 19:30 at Stannington (75 min)

  • Wednesdays – 10:30 online via Zoom (75 min)
