Women’s wellbeing & women’s strength yoga

Gentle, supportive yoga designed for women navigating peri- and post-menopause. Each 60-minute class uses Viniyoga-inspired postures, mindful breathing, and functional movement to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more balanced.
