Step away from your busy week and immerse yourself in a gentle, restorative experience of yoga nidra, breath, and self-reflection.

Our mini-retreats provide a peaceful space to restore balance, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. Each session blends gentle movement, mindful breathing, guided Yoga Nidra, and reflective journaling to help you feel calm, refreshed, and centred.

  • All abilities welcome – no prior experience needed

  • Small, friendly groups (max 10 participants)

  • Herbal tea & light refreshments included

Your 90 minute Mini-Retreat Experience:

  • Gentle Yoga & Breathwork (20 min): Release tension, reconnect with your body

  • Yoga Nidra (40 min): Deep relaxation to restore your energy

  • Reflective Journaling or Self Meditation (10 min): Explore thoughts and set intentions

  • Tea & Connection (20 min): Share reflections and connect with others

    • Leave feel lighter, calmer, and more centred

    • Carry restorative energy into your weekend

    • Enjoy a mindful pause away from daily demands
