Chair Yoga
If you’re looking for a gentle, accessible way to stay active, our Chair Yoga class is perfect for you. Whether you're new to yoga, dealing with mobility challenges, or simply prefer a seated practice, this class will help you move, stretch, and breathe with ease.
In this class, we’ll use the support of a chair to perform yoga poses that improve flexibility, strength, and posture, while also helping to reduce stress and tension. The focus is on breathing techniques that promote relaxation and increase energy, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

What you need to know about our live online & In person Yoga classes
Our 75 minute yoga classes cost £42 for 6 classes to use during our fixed date term.
You can mix and match classes during the term.
The price is per person and for classes from our online & in-person weekly group timetable only (excludes classes from our monthly membership, short courses, workshops etc).
Classes are non-transferable and non-refundable in any circumstances.
*All term class packs also include unlimited access to our Deepcar members’ area video vault. We aim add at least one new class recording to this area each week.
