Many classes stop over the summer — but your practice doesn’t have to. The Summer Yoga Series offers six weeks of steady, breath-centred yoga to help you maintain rhythm and focus through the changing season.

You’re welcome to join with a 6-class pass, 3-class pass, or drop in, attending any class on the summer timetable.

Why This Series?

This isn’t “just summer yoga” — it’s a purposeful, accessible continuation of your practice, rooted in the Viniyoga tradition. Each class is carefully structured to support your energy, mobility, and breathing, with a strong focus on adaptation.

Over the summer, these sessions will help you:

  • Stay connected to your breath and body

  • Build postural strength and resilience

  • Release accumulated tension and stress

  • Move with greater ease and awareness

  • Establish or maintain a sustainable practice

Practice That Adapts to You

Each class follows a breath-led sequence where movement is paced and adjusted to support individual needs. Postures are taught progressively, with emphasis on function over form — helping you find steadiness, clarity, and comfort in your own body.

Classes are suitable for experienced practitioners and those newer to yoga. You’ll be supported to work at your own pace, with personal attention where needed.
