Menopause is a natural transition that affects body, mind, and emotions. This workshop offers practical tools—movement, breath, sound, and reflection—to ease symptoms, support balance, and nurture wellbeing.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Move through gentle postures to release tension and restore energy

  • Learn breath techniques to calm hot flushes and anxiety

  • Explore emotions and limiting beliefs with guided NLP exercises

  • Experience 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation

  • Receive practical tips for daily self-care and mindful living

Reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and embrace this transition with compassion and confidence.
