Menopause is a natural transition that affects body, mind, and emotions. This workshop offers practical tools—movement, breath, sound, and reflection—to ease symptoms, support balance, and nurture wellbeing.
In this workshop, you will:
Move through gentle postures to release tension and restore energy
Learn breath techniques to calm hot flushes and anxiety
Explore emotions and limiting beliefs with guided NLP exercises
Experience 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation
Receive practical tips for daily self-care and mindful living
Reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and embrace this transition with compassion and confidence.
