Pause, reflect, and reset under the light of the Full Moon. Each 90-minute session combines gentle movement, breathwork, guided Yoga Nidra, and simple journalling to help you release what no longer serves you and set intentions for the month ahead.
What to Expect
Each session blends:
Full Moon Alignment: Work with the energy of each full moon to guide your intention-setting and reflection.
Breathwork & Gentle Movement: Calm the mind, release tension, and prepare the body for deep relaxation.
Guided Yoga Nidra: Experience 25 minutes of rest and rejuvenation.
Journalling: Capture insights, reflections, and intentions inspired by the moon’s energy.
Warm drink & chat: Connect in a calm, supportive environment.
No prior experience is needed. All abilities are welcome.

When: One Friday evening per month, closest to the full moon
Duration: 90 minutes
Cost: £11 per session
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, journal/notebook, pen, yoga mat, optional blanket or cushion
