A stiff, aching back can really get in the way of daily life.
Whether it’s from too much sitting, old injuries, or just feeling out of balance – back discomfort is incredibly common.

The good news? Yoga can help.

This workshop is all about learning gentle, effective ways to support your spine, release tightness, and feel more confident in your body.

What We’ll Do

💪 Strength-building practices to support your back and core
🌬 Breath-led movement to create space and calm
Warm drink + Q&A at the end – bring your questions!

This is for you if you:

  • Have a stiff or achy back (especially lower back)

  • Sit for long periods or feel tight across shoulders and hips

  • Want to strengthen your back gently and safely

  • Need tools to manage discomfort and stay mobile

This is a practical, supportive session with take-home tips you can use every day.
