A carefully designed yoga class for those over 35, focusing on building strength, improving flexibility, and offering much-needed relaxation. This session combines muscle-toning poses, dynamic stretches to enhance mobility, and calming techniques to ease stress.

This class is suitable for all levels, with modifications offered as needed.

yoga for wellbeing & social (60 min)

A yoga class designed to nurture both your body and mind. You'll experience gentle yoga style movements and breathwork to enhance flexibility, reduce stress, and promote overall wellness. Each session focuses on creating a balanced practice that supports physical and mental health. Perfect for all levels.

yoga nidra (30 min)

Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, guides you through a state of conscious relaxation. In this class, you'll experience a guided meditation that systematically relaxes your body and mind, allowing you to release tension and achieve a state of deep calm.

A thin pillow and warm blanket are ideal to allow yourself to unwind completely.
